What will you do:

• Manage collections process on assigned portfolio of Clients.

• Resolve disputes pertaining to Collections.

• Answer Customers incoming queries.

• Make recommendations regarding the procedure of noncollectable debt.

• Build and maintain long term business relationship with Clients.

• Plan and prioritize all tasks to ensure the deadlines and Clients experience are met.

What we expect from You:

• Full-time availability (8 hours daily).

• Fluent English and Italian language (min. B2 level in both is required).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Analytical skills.

• Ability to work in problem-solving environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

• Experience in customer service, collections / accounts receivable processes will be an asset.
