Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Lead effective recruiting processes for specialized and managerial roles across our local and international teams, upholding the highest standards of recruitment excellence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their teams" needs and identify tailored practices for selected candidates.
  • Top Talent Acquisition: Partner with recruitment agencies to fill high-level specialist and top managerial positions.
  • Proactive Search: Utilize direct search techniques (including LinkedIn) to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Screening and Meetings: Conduct initial screening calls and both online and offline meetings with candidates.
  • Support HR Initiatives: Assist HR Business Partners in preparing Assessment and Development Center sessions.
  • Metrics and Alignment: Monitor and report on individual and team recruitment metrics, aligning with strategic business objectives.
  • Positive Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Change Leadership: Be a driving force in implementing process optimalisation and collaborate with the our team on new procedures and policies.

Our requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of previous experience in recruitment within an agency or corporate environment is essential.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in French will be considered as an asset.
  • IT Recruitment: Experience in IT recruitment is a definite plus.
  • LinkedIn Expertise: Strong understanding of candidate selection and the recruitment process, with a focus on using LinkedIn direct search methods as a primary tool
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience in working with AI tools and chat systems, along with a desire to explore further, is definitely a plus.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams.
