Raw Material Coordinator

Job Description:

Northvolt is looking to hire a Raw Material Coordinator for our growing Global Scaling Services Supply Chain team. The role will support the central raw material team with all aspects of operational supply chain activities. Tasks include, but are not limited to, purchase- and sales order creation, and ensuring correct invoicing, overseeing the logistics process, ensuring systems are updated with the right information, e.g. prices, supplier/customer information and transportation lead times. This is an opportunity to join an amazing team with deep knowledge about global raw material markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain purchase- and sales orders for relevant raw materials
• Ensure invoices are paid correct and timely
• Update important data in systems, e.g prices or supplier/customer information
• Maintain price database and analyse trends
• Monitor logistics operations to ensure key stakeholders are informed on status, e.g. on transportation delays or warehouse capacity

Skills & Requirements

Requirements:

• BSc degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering or similar
• Minimum one year working experience post university
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, marketing or finance
• Experience with MS office apps (Excel, PPT, …)
• Experience in enterprise systems (ERP, TMS, WMS or similar)
• Genuine interest in the battery industry
