Duties
  • Serves as NAF Property Book Officer for the management and accountability of assigned property.
  • Establishes internal procedures for maintaining property transaction records, issues all turn-in documents, inventory adjustments and hand receipt documents.
  • Coordinates all supply requirements for activities serviced.
  • Utilizes automated data processing systems to fully automate work process of NAF property books.
  • Ensures that program goals are met by guarding against and reducing fraud, waste and abuse.
Requirements Conditions of Employment
  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
  • This position may require a health screening. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
  • Privately-owned vehicles (POV) must be registered in Poland. You will be required to register on the Polish economy and obtain insurance. Some insurance companies may not provide coverage for Poland.
  • Must possess a valid US Drivers license with the ability to obtain and maintain a valid US Army Europe (USAREUR) Certificate of license. License must be obtained within 30 days of arrival on site.
  • Incumbent must be able to obtain an Official No-fee Passport
Qualifications 1. Work experience in supply operations preforming physical inventor, adjusting and maintaining stock.
2. Maintains property account documents, establish supply policies, servicing techniques, regulations, and/or procedures.
3. Operates computer programs.

Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials
  • Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).   • Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Night differential may be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
Incentives and Bonuses
  • Incentives will not be paid.
Foreign Overseas Allowances
  • Allowances, differentials, or incentives will be paid. These allowances may include Living Quarters Allowance (LQA), Temporary Quarters Subsistence Allowance (TQSA) and requires a Transportation Agreement in accordance (IAW) the provisions of the Department of States Standardized Regulations (DSSR).
  • Post allowance may be paid in accordance with the Department of States Standardized Regulations (DSSR), contingent upon eligibility.
