Business / Business-systems Analysts (banking)

LOCATION OF WORK: WARSZAWA

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaboration with the Product Owner to define functionalities for one of the domains
• Eliciting business requirements in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Analysis of the technical project created by the development team
• Preparing analytical documentation
• Cooperation with many interested parties from different countries in accordance with the target vision of the solution

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. 8 years of experience in IT and min. 3 years as an IT Analyst (Expert min. 10 general and 4 in analysis)
• Experience in banking industry - must have (payment, credit risk, AML, T24, PSD2, safekeeping domains etc.)
• Solid experience in requirements management (functional and/or non-functional), including defining acceptance criteria (preferably using Gherkin syntax), Definition of Done, Definition of Ready and others
• Experience in agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of UML and/or BPMN system modeling - nice to have
• Knowledge of requirements gathering standards (IIBA, IREB, etc.); certifications - nice to have
• Experience in Jira and Confluence
• English level at least B2 (C1 for Expert)
• Being open for hybrid model (1-3days/week in the office depending on project phase)
• Optional
• Good SQL
• Knowledge of the DevOps mindset
• Knowledge of Python
