Short description (Role)

Skanska Residential Development Poland is looking for an Intern in the Human Resources Department. Are you passionate about human resources and would you like to learn how it works in the real estate industry? Your open mind helps you to find the best solutions? We are looking for you!

You will be responsible for:

• updated the Career Pathways tool - used to plan development and map core competencies within Skanska Residential Development Poland,
• work with the digitization team to implement necessary updates to the Career Pathways tool,
• update job descriptions according to brand guidelines and organizational structure.

We are looking for you, if you:

• are a student majoring in Human Resources, Sociology, Social sciences, Psychology
• are upper-intermediate in both oral and written English,
• are open to share your knowledge and ideas,
• want to spend good time developing professionally
• looking for a summer internship of 1 to 3 months.

You can gain:

• we will do our best to guide you through your first professional experience in an international environment,
• you will develop your soft and hard skills during training and under the supervision of a dedicated Mentor,
• you will put your newly gained skills into practice and broaden your horizon by participating in projects dedicated to relevant business cases,
• you will have the possibility to work in our modern office, or work remotely accordingly to your needs,
