• Innovative Communication Campaigns

  Employ creativity and innovation in developing communication campaigns for intricate subjects

• Function-Specific Communication Strategies

  Work with key business stakeholders to devise function-specific communication strategies for intricate IT changes

• Guidance on Communication Plans

  Provide guidance on project, portfolio, and annual communication plans, selecting suitable channels for IT and business groups

• End-to-End User Communication Management

  Manage end-to-end end-user communication strategies and oversee execution of plans

• Change Management in Communication Plans

  Apply change management principles to communication plans involving individual and organizational behavior changes

• Impact Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement
