Your role

We’re looking for a Business Manager to:

  • take part in annual planning, delivery, and execution for both Service Delivery (SD) & De initiatives (UBS/CS integration)
  • oversee daily operations of the department, ensuring proper alignment with overall compliance
  • prepare presentations / supporting material for management updates/onsite
  • support financial forecasting processes & help identify the cause of any discrepancy as well as dealing with questions related to sourcing platforms & invoice handling
  • continuously work in partnership with senior management to deal with and provide solution for business challenges on a regular basis
  • deal with ad-hoc requests with tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Your team

you’ll be working in the GOTO Distributed Hosting, reporting to the Lead Operation Manager based in Zurich. You will play a key role in supporting/working closely with the GOTO management team globally, and other key senior stakeholders.

Your expertise

8-10 years of professional experience as Business Manager/Operations Manager and project experience with a track record over 4+ years
  • a flexible, open-minded, and cooperative personality
  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment with tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels of seniority
  • solution-based and results-oriented skillset with ability to conceptualize and execute
  • good judgment when dealing with sensitive information
  • a proven track-record of working well with others in a diverse setting and excellent interpersonal skills (and this is noticeable even when under pressure)
  • operate with professionalism, high integrity, and teamwork
  • able to work unsupervised, under pressure and meet deadlines
