Management Trainee in Crop Science

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Country Group Head of Crop Science division across Poland, Baltic states, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
• Contribute to strategic reviews and lead transformation projects.
• Engage daily with leadership team members and their respective teams.
• Focus on change management by proposing and implementing innovative go-to-market strategies.

Who you are:

• Are you currently a student or nearing completion of your studies in business administration, management, or agriculture? If so, we invite you to consider this exciting opportunity and apply.
• Experience abroad or in an international environment, gained through studies or internships, will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of project management methodology.
• Demonstrated can-do spirit, strong decision-making ability, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
• Innovative and digital mindset, adept at processing ideas to improve work processes.
• Proficiency in English and basic tools such as MS Office.
