Our team is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us in Warsaw, Poland. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws in Poland, handling day-to-day HR operations, and serving as the main point of contact for our team in Poland.

Location: Hybrid - Warsaw, Poland.

Salary: Dependent on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for several key areas. Firstly, you must have a thorough understanding of Polish Employment Law and ensure that all HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with local regulations.
  • You will also be the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and concerns from the Polish team.
  • You will need to provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure that they are well informed and empowered.
  • As part of your role, you will assist in identifying training needs within the Polish team and coordinate training sessions or workshops accordingly. You will also support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Additionally, you will manage the day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and office supplies procurement ensuring a safe, clean, and productive work environment for all employees.
  • Finally, you will collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives, such as policy development, process improvement, and company development efforts. This will involve working closely with other teams across the business to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with wider business objectives.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • A recognised accreditation in HR, or equivalent and relevant work experience with deep knowledge and application of local legal/HR legislation
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on Polish Employment Law and regulations.
  • Proven track record of managing HR operations and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluent in both English and Polish languages.
