Our company, a leading VR gaming marketing firm based in the US, is seeking a talented specialist to contribute to marketing campaigns for gaming studios we partner with on the Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising platforms. We are looking for an experienced individual to contribute to developing digital ad campaigns, analyze results, and recommend improvements and optimizations for current and future campaigns both internally and externally with developers.

Responsibilities

● Work with external clients to develop digital ad campaigns that meet their needs and budget.

● Develop keyword lists/SEO, contribute to developing ads, set up effective ad targeting, and optimize CPI.

● Analyze metrics and performance data to track the success of campaigns and make data driven recommendations for optimization both internally and externally.

● Collaborate closely with internal creative and marketing teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

● Stay up-to-date with best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends to ensure maximum effectiveness in digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:

● Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for the gaming industry.

● Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

● Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities with finesse.

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

● Flexibility to work during the week on projects in alignment with US based teams.
