Project Coordinator (PMO)

Your Role:

• Create and maintain project schedules in the required tools (ie. Planview)

• Facilitate gate exit reviews, audit maturity vs. PDP2.0 requirements, document and track action items, drive to on-time resolution and/or escalation process

• Track/maintain/audit action items on project risks, issues and escalations.

• Support PjM in establishing and maintaining the project workbook and storage in the required tools (ie Project Place)

• Develop/ maintain/audit project records and information in the required tools (ie. Planview)

• Support project team on work force management tasks

• Support metrics gathering and project reporting (e.g. flawless launch metrics, KPIs gate on-time, FPY)

• Coach Project team on Program Management processes (ie PDP2.0) and tools (ie Planview, Project Place, Qliksense)

• Follow global practices and processes that are inclusive and common between regions and sites

• Drive special task assignment and projects defined by PMO as continuous improvement initiatives
